A little info about us
| Hi, this is Capt. Froggy. Just thought you would like to know a little about us. We are a family owned and operated business of 5th generation waterfowl hunters. We are very dedicated to our customers and do our best to ensure you have a good, safe and memorable hunting experience that you will remember for a life time. We do a great deal of scouting and go to the ducks, not just hunt a blind because it is there. We have marsh blinds and float blinds. It give us many options to improve the odds of having a productive hunt. Our guides stay with you the entire hunt. We bring retreivers but if you wish to bring yours you are welcome to do so. The boats we hunt from are large center consol boats. to handle the large open water of the Pamlico Sound. |
| The areas we hunt We hunt some of the most productive areas in eastern North Carolina.We hunt swamps and creeks early season for Woodies and mallards. We work with local farmers and have large parcels of farm land for snow and canada hunting. The Pamlico Sound has historically been one of the most famous areas to hunt open water ducks. The Englehard,Gull Rock area provides a different hunt and offer chances of taking many species of waterfowl Sea, divers and puddle ducks,also swan and geese. It is located on the western side of the Pamlico Sound near Lake Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge. This group of birds tend to fly back and fourth between the lake, sound and the many impoundments located in the area. It can provide good shooting most of the day even on a blue bird day. We often take five or six different species on any give day. |
| Fishing Guide Service We fish the sounds around Hatteras Island,and Nags Head If you see our photo gallery you will notice many of the photos are kids . We are kid friendly and encourage you to make it a family outing. We fish for Striped Bass, Flounder, Trout, Red Drum, and other species according to the time of year . We also offer a Duck and fishing weekend combo. Duck hunt on Saturday and fish for Striped Bass on Sunday |
